The Country Programme Framework (CPF) of Ghana was signed during the IAEA General Conference by HE Ms Ellen Serwaa NEE-WHANG, Resident Representative of Ghana to the IAEA and Ms. Ana Maria Cetto, Deputy Director General, Head of the IAEA Department of Technical Cooperation.
