Exhibitions
It is planned to hold an exhibition from 26-28 November 2024 in conjunction with the conference. In the exhibition IAEA Member States, and international organizations will have the possibility to showcase achievements related to NA/TC activities.
Interested parties should contact the Conference Services by MTCD-CSS-Exhibitions.Contact-Point@iaea.org and providing the form included under Related recourses before 31 July 2024 (extended deadline). Further information regarding the exhibition process will be provided to prospective exhibitors once all submissions of interest have been received.
Side Events
A number of rooms and other space will be available for side events in the margins of the conference. Member States and invited/cooperating organizations interested in holding a side event are kindly advised to fill the form included under Related resources and forward to the Scientific Secretaries to Ministerial-Conference-2024@iaea.org before 31 July 2024 (extended deadline).
