The IAEA is organizing the International Conference on Advances in Radiation Oncology (ICARO-4) at the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna, Austria from 2 to 5 June 2025.

The purpose of the event is to discuss and define the current role and future potential of technological, medical physics and molecular/biological innovations for routine clinical practice in patient-centred radiation oncology. The conference will serve as a forum for the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge and best practices in the implementation of technological advances while prioritizing the needs and preferences of patients with cancer. The event is aimed at radiation oncologists, radiobiologists, medical physicists, and technologists.

It is planned to hold an exhibition from Monday, 2 to Thursday, 5 Thursday 2025 in conjunction with the conference.

Further information regarding the exhibition process will be provided to prospective exhibitors once all submissions of interest have been received.
