The International workshop is organized to share, discuss, and explore the issues related to capacity building , competence development and knowledge management including the knowledge transfer for implementation of Decommissioning.

Good practise and management of knowledge with focus on Human Resource Planning and Competence Identification for decommissioning will be part of the discussions and exploration.

Objectives

The Objectives of the meeting are to identify challenges in development of competences for decommissioning, elaborate understanding of the requirements for Human resources management. Provide support to Member States in the preparation for Decommissioning related to needs for training centers, building cooperation with educational institutions, international cooperation.
