International School of Nuclear Law (ISNL) - IAEA Financial Support

Background

The International School of Nuclear Law (ISNL) was established by the University of Montpellier in co-operation with the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) in 2001. The School benefits from the support of the International Atomic Energy Agency. For detailed information on the ISNL, please visit the NEA website.

The 2024 ISNL session will take place from 26 August to 6 September 2024.

IAEA financial support

The IAEA awards financial support to a limited number of professionals from its Member States that are eligible to receive financial support under the IAEA Technical Cooperation Programme. The selection is based on the particular interest and involvement of the applicant in the field of nuclear law.

Deadline

The deadline for the receipt of applications for IAEA financial support for the 2024 session is 31 March 2024. Applications received after the deadline and applications that have not been submitted through InTouch will not be considered.

Application procedure

If you are interested in applying for IAEA financial support with respect to your participation in the ISNL, you are kindly asked to submit, in addition to your ISNL application form to be submitted to the NEA, an application directly to the IAEA.

Applications for financial support should be submitted online through the InTouch+ system. Applications should be linked to the technical cooperation project INT0102 – Establishing and Enhancing National Legal Frameworks in Member States, EVT2400423.
