Participation and Registration

The Scientific Forum will be held as a physical event with the possibility of remote connection.

Registration for Members of GC Delegations attending in Person:

Participants from Member States, UN Specialized Agencies, IGOs and NGOs that are already registered as members of a delegation attending the GC68, are not required to register individually to attend the Forum and can access the event with their GC68 badge.

Registration for all other Participants attending in Person:

Participants from Member States, UN Specialized Agencies, IGOs and NGOs that are not members of a registered delegation attending the GC68 and who are attending the Scientific Forum only, must register by completing Participation Form A located on the InTouch+ platform under EVT2300042. One submitted; the application will be automatically routed through InTouch+ to the designated registration focal person for their approval. If such a focal person has not been assigned, the application will be directed to the IAEA.  As the IAEA is not able to bear the travel and other costs of participants designated to physically attend the Forum, the Grant Application Form C available in InTouch+ is obsolete and should not be submitted. Further information and instructions can be found on the InTouch+ Help Page.

Registration for Virtual Participants:

Persons who wish to attend the Forum virtually with the possibility of submitting questions, are requested to register online as a virtual observer here. All registered persons will receive an access code to the IAEA Conference and Meetings Application (normally in the week prior to the start of the Forum), which will allow them to view the programme, access the live stream and to submit questions.

Persons who want to follow the presentations without actively participating in the Forum can do so via the Live Video Stream button, which is available on this web page.
