NUCLEUS information resources

The IAEA's NUCLEUS information resource portal provides access to over 100 scientific, technical and regulatory resources, including databases, applications, publications and training material. As it is mainly meant for IAEA counterparts in the government, industry and scientific community, NUCLEUS hosts a number of resources that require registration. Many sites, however, can be accessed without a password.

International Reactor Dosimetry File

The International Reactor Dosimetry File is a standardized, updated and benchmarked evaluated cross-section library of neutron dosimetry reactions with uncertainty information (IRDF-2002) for use in lifetime management assessments of nuclear power reactors and other applications.

International Regulatory Network

The International Regulatory Network (RegNet) is the Portal for web-based international cooperation among nuclear safety and security regulators.

International Reporting System for Operating Experience (IRS)

The IRS is an international system through which participating countries exchange experience to improve the safety of nuclear power plants by submitting event reports on unusual events considered important for safety.

InTouch+

InTouch+ is an IAEA web platform, embedded within NUCLEUS, that enables submission, review and approval of applications for events, including training courses, fellowships, scientific visits, meetings, sponsored participations, conferences and symposia, as well as registration to meetings of the Board of Governors, General Conference, and conventions.

Ion Beam Analysis Nuclear Data Library

This library contains most of the available experimental nuclear cross-sections relevant to ion beam analysis.

Isotope Hydrology Collaboration Site

The Isotope Hydrology Collaboration Site gives registered users access to interact with the IAEA on a wide variety of water-related resources, including specialized scientific publications, software, coordinated research projects, training materials and laboratory proficiency testing.

LiveChart of Nuclides – Advanced version

LiveChart is an interactive chart that presents the nuclear structure and decay properties of all known nuclides through a user-friendly graphical interface.

Marine Radioactivity Information System (MARIS)

Marine Radioactivity Information System (MARIS)

The IAEA's Marine Radioactivity Information System (MARIS) allows free access to users to search and download the results of measurements of radioactivity in seawater, biota, sediment and suspended matter

Minsk Actinides Library

Evaluated neutron reaction data (Maslov et al).

Mutant Varieties Database

The FAO/IAEA Mutant Variety Database (MVD) provides information on induced mutations suitable for breeding programme and genetic analysis.

Neutron Applications Portal

The Neutron Applications Portal is an information exchange and networking platform for operating organizations, users, and other stakeholders of research reactors and accelerator-based neutron sources. It includes a database and interactive maps of neutron sources worldwide, including different types of neutron instruments and other experimental facilities. The Portal covers all neutron applications and provides links to other relevant resources, including subject related events, e-learning courses and training materials, databases, and publications.

Neutron Cross-section Standards

Neutron cross section standards are important in the measurement and evaluation of all other neutron reaction cross sections.
