In February 2022, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) launched a new series of interactive webinars on topics relevant to nuclear infrastructure development based on recently issued publications. This is the second webinar in the series and it will present the IAEA’s guidance on developing an effective human resource management (HRM) strategy for new and expanding nuclear power programmes.

This webinar will feature speakers from the key organizations in embarking and expanding countries who will describe HRM issues to be considered at different stages of the nuclear power programme development. These include:

  • Workforce planning;
  • Recruitment;
  • Education, training and development; and
  • Remuneration and retention.

Speakers

Join us for a webinar organized and moderated by the IAEA that will highlight the experiences of four Member States in the development of  HRM strategies to support new and expanding nuclear power programmes. The speakers include:
