Exhibitions
Member States wishing to take part in the exhibition programme being organized within the framework of the 59th regular session of the IAEA General Conference in September 2015 are kindly invited to submit their requests for space, together with the title and a short description of the concept and content of their planned exhibition, to the Infrastructure Committee as soon as possible using the General Conference Exhibition Request Form [closed]. The deadline for submissions is 15 June 2015.
When planning their exhibition, Member States are kindly reminded that they should adhere to the Guidelines for Exhibitions at the Vienna International Centre (VIC), distributed to Permanent Missions on 29 April 2013.
It should be noted that the specific location of each Member State's exhibition will be assigned by the IAEA on a first-come, first-served and rotational basis, as per the usual practice. Therefore, no specific spot can be automatically reserved by the same Member State every year. Due to increased demand and safety restrictions (in particular the Rotunda) the maximum space that can be offered for each Member State's exhibition is of 12m2.
Additional information may be obtained from the Infrastructure Committee or the Exhibitions Contact Point at the Conference Services Section (MTCD/CSS).

It also provides updates on the speakers' list for the Plenary and the starting times for sessions of the Plenary and the Committe of the Whole. Power point presentations that have been approved for public release can also be viewed through the app, which is available free for both IOS and Android devices. For iPhone or iPad users, get your free download through the Apple iTunes Store; those with Android devices can visit the Google Play Store.
INSAG Forum
The INSAG Forum 2015 will provide insights from INSAG and other experts on the issues associated with the potential of external events such as earthquakes, tsunamis and hurricanes to impact the safe operation of a nuclear power plant. Presentations will be made by invited experts to inform the audience and to stimulate discussion. The floor will then be opened to the audience for discussion.
The Forum will be conducted as a roundtable discussion of invited panellists, with suitable time available for audience participation. The Forum will take place on Monday, 14 September 2015, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. in the C building, seventh floor, Conference Room C3.
