The Agency operates a series of nuclear safety review systems, based on its globally recognised Safety Standards. One of these activities is the Operational Safety Review Team (OSART) programme, which brings together an international team of experts to conduct an in-depth review of the operational safety at a nuclear power plant. IAEA Senior Safety Officer, Neil Henderson, is the team leader of an OSART mission at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant in the Czech Republic.
