The following is a transcript of remarks to reporters today by Herman Nackaerts, Deputy Director General for Safeguards, following talks at the Iranian Permanent Mission in Vienna:
"We reviewed with Ambassador Najafi, the head of the new Iran negotiation team, what was discussed in the previous talks.
"We had constructive discussions on the different issues, and we agreed to meet again on the 28th of October, when we will start substantial discussions on the way forward to resolve all outstanding issues."
