IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano will meet the Governor of Fukushima prefecture, Yuhei Sato, at 15:30 Friday, 31 August, in his office. Photographers and camera operators are invited to a brief photo opportunity at the start of the meeting. The two officials will not address the media during the photo opportunity, but are expected to converse informally with each other in Japanese. Participants in the photo opportunity should gather on the ground floor by the elevators in the Vienna International Centre's A-Building at 15:15. Following the meeting, the Governor will address the media in front of the flags on the ground floor adjacent to the A-Building elevators. This media opportunity will be interpreted into English.
