  • Cross-language search. Users can perform simultaneous searches in the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. This feature is integrated with the Advanced Search interface.
  • Improved user profile and search history. Registered users can set the default number of search results to be displayed on a page. Also, a search history of the user's unique five past queries is displayed on the search results page.
  • Enhanced search functionality. Search terms containing accents and diacritical signs can be transliterated, increasing the comprehensiveness of searches performed on the INIS Collection. Advanced search has been extended to Volume and Issue metadata.
