The following sentence should be added to the footnote:

The duration of the Agreement was further extended until 31 December 1964 by means of an exchange of letters between the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Austria (letter dated 16 December 1961) and the Director General of the Agency (letter dated 22 December 1961).
